Open Table for teens accepting applications

Open Table youth theology institute will host up to 30 high school students from around the United States July 16-23 at the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana.

Open Table is a weeklong immersion experience for rising high school sophomores, juniors and seniors. Students live on campus and spend time thinking and talking about the dramatic story of the Christian tradition and its affirmation of God’s call on their lives.

Organizers are looking for young men and women who are interested in learning more about the Christian narrative and how Christians ought to relate to people who practice Judaism and Islam.

Open Table is grounded in the United Methodist tradition, but is open to students of all denominations and faith traditions.
